With over 35 years in the men’s grooming, beauty, and wellness industry, Trevor has built a career that spans continents, cultures, and some of the world’s most influential brands. Starting in barbering and men’s styling in the early 1990s, he went on to work across the UK, Australia, the Middle East, China, and the U.S., shaping products, brands, barbershop concepts, and category strategies for companies at every stage — from emerging founders to global FMCG giants.

Trevor’s experience includes leadership roles across men’s haircare, shaving, skincare, fragrance, barbershops, spa and wellness, e-commerce, distribution, and global brand development. He has launched and scaled brands across GCC, India, China, Hong Kong, the UK, and the U.S., with hands-on knowledge of what actually works in each region.

He is the co-founder of the British Barbers Association and sits on many boards including Barber China & Global Mens Grooming Alliance. Trevor has led the global expansion of several premium grooming brands, and has built long-term relationships with senior industry figures, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers worldwide.

His ability to navigate between creativity and commercial reality has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the men’s grooming sector.
